2024年11月1日、札幌市手稲区稲穂の地に、訪問診療・緩和ケア専門の「巡る診療所」を開院いたしました。
私は医師になってから10年間、北海道内の市立病院や大学病院で内科全般・がん治療を幅広く経験し、その後5年間在宅医療に従事する中で、緩和ケアを学んできました。 在宅医療は、ご本人が住み慣れた場所で大切な方と過ごす時間を支える医療です。 街を巡り、巡り会った皆様の、心に思いを巡らせて、全力でサポートすることをお約束いたします。 どうぞお気軽にご相談下さい。
